To be a new member of Annapolis HOG:

First, you need to be a National H.O.G. Member.  National form is available on their website here

After you have joined H.O.G. National and have your H.O.G Number, you may join the local chapter: 

-  Submit 2 forms:

    --  The Annapolis Chapter Membership form, and

    --  The Local Annapolis Chapter Member Profile form. 

Local Membership form and Profile form are here (.PDF), or may be obtained at the Annapolis Harley-Davidson dealership.  Please print, complete and submit both pages. Yes, you need to fill out a membership application and profile for renewals also.  Please print, complete, and submit both pages.

-  Annapolis HOG Chapter Dues are $20 per year (this is a recent change and is not yet reflected on the membership forms).

    --  Checks should be payable to : Annapolis HOG.

     --  You may pay at the dealership in cash, check, or credit card.  Be sure to get a receipt.

     --   Applications by mail must be paid by check, do not send cash.

-  You may submit your completed membership application at an Annapolis HOG chapter meeting, at the dealership parts counter, or mail to:

      Annapolis HOG

      c/o HD-Buell of Annapolis

      30 Hudson St.

      Annapolis MD 21401.

-  Prospective New Members: Please allow 4-6 weeks for your membership packet to arrive.

Any Harley-Davidson® motorcycle owner can become a full or full life member of the Harley Owners Group®. Associate memberships are designed for the passenger of a full member. Note that all memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Associate life members are entitled to all the benefits of an associate member, as well as a special life member patch and pin. Every associate life member must have a sponsoring full life member.

A one-year full membership is automatically issued to the purchaser of a new unregistered Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. Local chapter membership dues aren’t included with automatic membership.
